Nancy Yadon

Nancy Yadon joined Sevey, Donahue & Talcott in March 2006.  She is the Office Manager and Legal Assistant to Jeff Sevey, Esq.  Nancy has over 30 years experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant and office manager in the area of personal injury law in federal and state courts.  Nancy's primary responsibilities are to assist in the preparation of cases from discovery to the trial phase, researching factual and legal issues, and preparation of documents.  Nancy is extensively involved in the case management and trial preparation.
 

Jan Van Roekel

Jan Van Roekel joined Sevey, Donahue & Talcott in July 2009 as a Paralegal.  Jan provides support to the firm’s attorneys with the responsibility of organizing and summarizing the client’s medical records as well as preparation of the demand letters and related litigation briefs.  Jan has over 20 years of paralegal experience in the corporate, real estate and insurance industries.   She received her AA degree and Legal Secretary Program Certificate from Santa Rosa Junior College in 1984, completed the Paralegal program at California State University, Sonoma in 1986 and the Paralegal Certificate Program at the University of Colorado, Denver in 1992.
 

Deborah Main

Debbie Main joined Sevey, Donahue & Talcott in October 2010.  She is the Legal Assistant/Paralegal to Matthew P. Donahue, Esq.  Debbie has over six years of legal experience in the areas of personal injury and bankruptcy law.  She also has experience with insurance bad faith claims and elder abuse matters.  Debbie’s primary responsibilities are to assist in the drafting of pleadings and motions, case management, and client communication regarding the status of their cases.  Debbie has assisted with many multi-million dollar case settlements.  Debbie is a graduate of MTI College, earning her Legal Office Assistant Certificate in 2005 and Paralegal Program Certificate in 2006.
